1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing Call Bomber.io, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must use the site only in a manner permitted by the laws and rules that apply to you. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor’s use.
2. What the website provides
Call Bomber.io provides browser-only visual simulations and educational content. The tools may imitate the appearance of call, SMS, or notification event streams, but they do not place calls, send messages, push notifications, access contacts, verify number ownership, or connect to a telecom provider.
A “completed” status means that the selected number of visual items appeared on the current page. It does not represent delivery, ringing, receipt, or contact with any outside person or device. The product is intentionally limited and is not an API, bulk communication platform, testing gateway, tracing service, or emergency resource.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website for informed entertainment, interface demonstrations, creative mock-ups, accessibility review, and education about online safety. Use fictional data or a number you personally control. Keep safety labels visible in recordings or demonstrations so viewers understand the experience is simulated.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use the website or its content to harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, impersonate, stalk, deceive, or target another person. You must not present a simulator screenshot as proof of a real call or attack; attempt to modify the site into a real calling or messaging service; circumvent limits or security measures; inject malicious code; scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service; or use the brand to advertise a real bombing tool.
Do not enter OTPs, passwords, payment data, government identifiers, confidential messages, or a phone number you are not authorised to use. You are responsible for the context in which you show or share a simulation.
4. Intellectual property
The website’s original text, visual design, illustrations, logos, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licences. WordPress and other identified third-party components remain subject to their own licences. You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal-use screenshots that do not misrepresent the service. You may not copy the site to create a confusingly similar brand or imply our endorsement.
5. External services and advertising
The site may link to third-party resources or display third-party advertising. We do not control every destination, product, or claim. Review third-party terms before interacting. Advertisements are not simulator results, recommendations, or instructions, and should remain visually separate from tool controls.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, error-free content, a particular search ranking, advertising approval, income, or a specific reaction to a simulation. Information is general and is not legal, telecom, cybersecurity, or emergency advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Call Bomber.io and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the website, reliance on content, misuse of a screenshot, or interaction with a third-party destination. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Suspension and changes
We may restrict access, remove content, change limits, or discontinue a feature to protect users, comply with law, address security, or improve the service. We may update these terms; the revision date identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date, where permitted.
8. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@call-bomber.io. Do not send a target number or ask us to perform a real call, message, trace, or attack.
